Controversial Nigerian Actress, Tonto Dikeh obtained social media buzzing after she introduced her vice candidacy to the African Democratic Congress, ADC governorship candidate, Mr Tonte Ibraye in Rivers State Nigeria forward of 2023 elections.
The film star made the announcement by means of a submit on her social media platform, on Friday, June 24, exactly Instagram.
